1. What is aromatherapy for the house and which essential oils do you use?

Aromatherapy for the home is a lovely experience. Synthetic frangrances can leave clients sneezy, with watery eyes, or some even give people a headache. Aromatherapy is a different experience that uses essential oils to promote harmony and balance. At the very least, essential oils just smell really good and wholesome. We also bring a portable diffuser to your home that we use while we are cleaning to maximize the benefits. Click to learn more about essential oils. We mainly use lavender, lemon and orange essential oils.

2. I have allergies to some herbs / scents / cleaning solutions. Can you still clean my house?

Our goal is to provide the best cleaning service for our customers. Please let us know about any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

3. What cleaning products will you use in my home? Are they safe?

We use all-natural aromatherapy cleaning products that are non-toxic to animals, humans and the environment. These are the same cleaning products we use in our own homes!

4. How long will a house cleaning take?

This will be included in your customized estimate. A typical cleaning can take anywhere from 1-6 hours.

5. Can I have my house cleaned just once?

We are happy to provide one-time cleans. Please see our Services page.

6. What are your rates?

Our rates begin at $75 dollars and go up from there. After your in-home estimate, we will send you a breakdown of the cleaning rate specific to your home. We don't price jobs over the phone to ensure proper expectations and quality service for everyone. There is no obligation required — we will send you our rate and time estimate for free.

7. What is included in a house cleaning?

Please see the Services page. We strive first and foremost for customer satisfaction and we can tailor our services to your needs. The more we discuss your expectations and needs, the easier it will be for us to meet them!

8. Can my pets be present during the cleaning?

In most cases, yes. This will be discussed during the estimate visit to your home. We are happy to accommodate your pets as much as we can.

9. Can I be home during the cleaning?

Some clients prefer to come home from work to a clean house, and some prefer to be home during a cleaning. We leave this up to you. If you would like, we will keep a key for your house locked in a safe and assigned a random code that does not match your address.

10. What is your service area?

At this time we are able to take clients in Eugene OR, Springfield, Veneta, Coburg and other surrounding areas in Oregon. Please inquire if you are unsure about your location.
